What can be learnt from this course
The systems approach is applicable not only for solving management tasks. You can think systematically about the body as well. The course of systems fitness explains to you in the systems language how the body moves, what are the systems levels and what the complex movement consists of. You will learn how to remove unnecessary tension in the muscles in order to accurately and quickly perform complex movements.
Learn to talk about the body and movement using universal language
The course gives the language of the conversation about the body from the external position in relation to it (what the others see) and internal (the way it is felt from within). The universal language of conversation about movement is the language of both the external result and the inner sensation.
To build motional practices for independent use
Everything that requires a coach being present will be learnt during the training (8 * 4 = 32 hours of practice - equivalent to three to four months of classes in the regular classroom): the connection of external bodily effects and internal sensations, which then need to be reproduced during independent studies. Reading the internal sensations from the literature would not work, the training is needed in order to feel and remember them with the help of the coach (during the training there will be enough repetitions under the supervision of the coach for you to remember).

In addition, we will teach you how to perform exercises and measure progress in subsequent independent training sessions after the course training. For this, methodological materials will be issued, including a description of functional tests, as well as a video course.
Quickly master specific motional practices
"Systems fitness" itself is not some kind of separate practice, dance or sports. But the course helps you to quickly master the practice you have chosen, or many practices, because you will start to feel even those muscles that have not been used for many years. You will be able to control the body consciously in the mode of mastering new movements. New unfamiliar patterns of movement will be reproduced easier, you will literally feel and understand what is happening with your body in martial arts, dancing, sports. One of the results of training in this course is the understanding of the performance techniques of the movements seen, regardless of the style of movement. This opens up quick ways to a variety of motional practices.
Prepare the body and the brain for universal movement
The chosen approach of separating the preparation of the brain and the body for some kind of movement and special motional preparation in some sports and / or dance tradition is not suitable for everyone, but only for those who wants to speed up moving to a professional level in special motional training and who is willing to devote sometime not to chosen type of sport or dance but to purposeful preparation of the brain and body. Usually such preparation turns out "by itself" in process of preforming the selected kind of motional practice. For example, to train a breakdancer you need to spend five years, or to become a "waver" eight years are necessary - just dance for many years, and you will become a master. But experience shows that if you do this kind of system training, then instead of eight years you can reach the same dance level for three years - a year of fitness and a couple of years of learning specific patterns of motion of the wavers, and body condition will not be a problem.
The difference between our course and many others is that we focus on the traction methods (except for the usual methods of tension and relaxation). These techniques are necessary to ensure the transfer of inertia of motion through the elastic body.

  • understand the demonstration of the movement, be able to explain what is happening from the point of view of the technique of performance;
  • to understand which is a problem group of muscles that prevents the development of current motor practice (dancing, sports, martial arts) and get a tool to solve it.

I. How to soften and turn on muscle-stabilizers.
On this day it will be necessary to learn to consciously regulate the necessary level of relaxation / softening of the muscles (gives the body fluidity), tension (like pulling / stretching, gives the body elasticity), stress (gives the body rigidity). A special difficulty here is that it will be necessary to consciously learn to relax one muscle, when the work will be done by other muscles.
II. How to strengthen stabilizers.
After this day training, it will be necessary to train muscle stabilizers which were unused for many years: the body has a rather large mass, and to precisely control its inertia, the stabilizing muscles must be strong (and if you want to work with partners, then the for amount of strength that should be trained the weight of the partner needs to be taken into account)
III. Coordination of efforts in dynamics.
We study the qualities of fluidity, elasticity, hardness in motions, heavy and light weight of pair interactions of segments of one's body or two bodies in a pair, the quality of conductivity of inertia - superconductivity or scattering.
IV. Body calligraphy
Superposition of tension, tension, relaxation: work with inertia, distribution of forces, optimal trajectory of motion.
During this day, we will learn how to move from setting a skill (a slow, accurate conscious movement) to its use (fast, accurate reflex performance). Choosing the right combination of muscle states for different types of movements. Strategy of homework. How to measure progress.

Then what?
  • do nothing, take in account knowledge of your body. The instrument - the body - will continue to remain in its former state, practice universal movement, it will be impossible to use it for further specialization, but knowledge about it will always remain with you;
  • spend from one year to two (if there are no special pathologies or aggravating circumstances such as overweight) on the development of the body using exercises and ways to measure the results obtained at the training. No special equipment is required for the lessons at home, nor does it take a lot of space.
