Feedback on the course "System Leadership"
I participated in this event in on-line format, which, on the one hand, took away the opportunity to "discuss on breaks," but that was the only down side of this format. I was left happy with the course, despite the high expectations and training (from my side). I give very high score for the learning material and it's delivery (especially for Russian-language space-time).
Warning! 75% of fans of books about leadership like Richard Branson or Adizes (yes, they are different) will be shocked by the consideration of the word "leadership" in this course, which is good, very good.
Briefly:
- Connection between engineering of the enterprise and leadership (of course - the system) was discussed, with examples, (zakusckoy??) and "to think";
- the topic of DEMO (not the main one) is discussed at a sufficient level to provoke interest and self-interest;
-practical techniques and explanations "why?" were discussed and were pleasing;
- a lot about "Who needs it? Why? .. When? .. ", as they say, the correct statement of the problem is already half of the solution. Present in this courset;
- Tulgan! There's Tulgan! It's wonderful, how rarely we can see it.
To Organizers and Alexander Turhanov personally - a tremendous respect!

The seminar was useful. Much of what was said about system thinking and the concept of system management repeated the content of your book in the editorial office from 2015. It is a pity that the system proverbs were only partially commented on. An explanation of the connections of various practical methods was new to me and indication on the place of the theory of Goldrat's constraints can be directly applied in the work. Description of the position of the entrepreneur is useful for reflection. Strategy goes directly to work. A good introduction to the problem of leadership.
